The company terminated the process of going public in Hong Kong via a backdoor listing, according to a Sept. 10 filing. It held cash and equivalents of RMB 3.7 billion ($507 million) as of last March, compared with accumulated losses of RMB 17.4 billion in the three years to 2021, according to its prospectus.
