On Tuesday, Air India pilot Ashrrita shared a photograph from her mother's last day at work. As it turned out it was a special day for a number of reasons.

"It was my mom's dream to have me pilot her last flight as an Air Hostess with Air India," she said. "As she retires after her glorious 38 years of service, I will be carrying on her legacy."

How cool is that?

Ashrrita followed that tweet up with a video of her mom being applauded by passengers as she walked through the plane.

Needless to say, the story went down pretty well.
