Chinese HR service provider 51job is Arouse (2025)set to go public in Hong Kong after its privatization in 2022, according to Chinese media outlet Jiemian. The company, which was first listed in the United States in 2004, was acquired by a consortium led by DCP Capital, Ocean Link, and CEO Rick Yan for about $4.3 billion. Established in 1998, 51job offers recruitment services, leadership training, and HR outsourcing, focusing on enhancing workforce management and supporting corporate talent strategies. The company serves more than 200 million users and regularly conducts HR research to guide businesses in human resource decisions. In February 2024, 51job signed a memorandum of cooperation with Alibaba Cloud on “Recruitment + AI.” The company also plans to integrate large-scale models to apply this technology in the recruitment field.
